Sherry Smith – Relationships Coordinator, Operations Manager

Sherry is native to Washington State and has called the Tri-Cities home since 1999. Three children of her own keep her personal time full between school, sports, and play time. Sherry is passionate about life and is committed to making the best of every opportunity.

Sherry discovered her passion for dentistry and the dramatic positive difference it brings to patients' lives while continuing her education at Colorado State University. With beginnings as a hygiene assistant, Sherry soon found herself loving the opportunities that full time dental assisting provided in transforming the lives of those around her.

Ten years into her labor of love, Sherry is now the Relationships Coordinator at Cadwell Dental. According to Sherry, “After all these years, I still love the one-on-one relationship that I get to build with each and every one of our patients. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a smile on the face of an apprehensive patient after creating a lifetime bond with our friends at Cadwell Dental.”
